Gillian and Mark's Wedding at St Paul's Cathedral

Well St Paul's Cathedral is a pretty spiffy place to have your wedding if you're allowed, obviously there are some pretty tight restrictions on who can and can't get married there otherwise get a bit busy I suppose. The wedding ceremony itself is held the Chapel of The Order of the British Empire in the crypt below the Cathedral. In fact just about everything takes place underground so you are only upstairs fairly briefly.
There are some great spots in the gardens around the Cathedral for photographs and of course you have to have the main group photos on the steps at the front, clearing the tourists away does take a bit of work though.
Gillian and Mark had their reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in St James, one of London's best known hotels. The beautiful wood panelled dining room looked spectacular decked out in white and gold. As you would expect, the service and attention to detail was excellent. A really neat touch was that theri wedding cake had been made in the shape of the Cathedral!
Everyone had a really good day and it was fantastic to work at one of London's best known landmarks. You can find out if you qualify for a wedding at St Paul's on their website (good luck): https://www.stpauls.co.uk and you can find out about weddings and receptions at the Crowne Plaza here: http://www.cplondoncityhotel.co.uk
